Tim has been teaching for over 20 years. Courses are taught at all levels and cover most techniques, including the use of willow bark. Two day courses are preferred, but a selection of one-day courses is available as introductions to basketmaking. A minimum of 4 participants is required for group tuition, with a maximum of 8. Individual tuition is available.

All materials are usually provided but participants are welcome to bring their own. Details of appropriate tools are provided to course organisers although some tools are available.

Tim does not have a dedicated teaching space, and those wishing to organise a course are encouraged to gather a suitable number of participants and arrange a venue.
